Supply, installation and setup of NEC business phone systems, sized to how your office actually works rather than to a package.

We did it to our own offices this year
Strang replaced its own phone system in 2026. Entirely new equipment, installed by us, managed through Digital Bay. We were not guessing when we specified yours.
One year on all labour
Every hour of telecom work we do is covered for a year. Service calls are billed hourly and installations are quoted by the job, so you know the number before we start.

What we do, and what we leave to others
We install and program business phone systems, cabling, networks and paging. Service calls are billed hourly, installations are quoted by the job, and estimates are free.
We do not cover the security side. Cameras, door access and alarm systems are not our area, and we would rather tell you that up front than take the job and learn on your building.
If you need cloud services or ongoing managed IT, that runs through Digital Bay, and we will make the introduction.

Both of our telecom technicians are based here, covering Richland County and beyond.

Open since 1993. Telecom work across Vernon County is dispatched from our Richland Center crew.
Highland
Strang Hardware. Telecom enquiries from Iowa and Grant counties are handled by our Richland Center technicians.
