How we price the work
Service calls are billed hourly. Installations are quoted by the job, so you have the number before anything starts. Estimates are always free, and financing is available on installs.
Warranties vary by equipment and by whatever promotions the manufacturer is running. We walk you through exactly what yours covers before you commit, rather than after.
Seasonal tune-ups
We do seasonal tune-ups on heating and cooling equipment. There is no fixed package price, because it depends on how far we travel and what you want checked. Call or email and we will put you on the schedule.
Any time of year is a good time. You do not have to wait for the season to turn, and booking ahead beats calling during the first cold snap along with everyone else.
